At Forcontact we are looking for a new profile with Native Duch and English/Spanish(ideal) to join our customer service teams.

We are looking for an autonomous, motivated person, with a gift for people, languages and a desire to learn.

As part of the team, you will be the person in charge of managing both queries, doubts, incidents and claims that may arise from our clients.

Some of the functions to be carried out will be:

- Telephone service

- Mail management

- Resolution of incidents in shipments

- Resolution of doubts.

- Shipment tracking

- Redirect specific requests that cannot be resolved by the agent to another area or specialist.

- Ensure the resolution of inconveniences to users.

- Detect and communicate if they detect a pattern of complaints about the same process

- Know how to analyze customer needs and guide them in the purchase process
