At Forcontact we are looking for a new profile with native French and other desirable languages to join our customer service teams.

We are looking for an autonomous, motivated person with people skills, languages and a desire to learn.

As part of the team, you will be the person in charge of managing queries, doubts, issues and complaints that our customers may have.

Some of the functions to be carried out will be:

- Telephone attention

- Mail management

- Issues resolution in shipments

- Resolution of doubts

- Follow-up of shipments -

Redirecting specific requests that cannot be resolved by the agent to another area or specialist

- Ensuring the resolution of inconveniences to users

- Detect and communicate if they detect a pattern of complaints about the same process.

- Know how to analyse customer needs and guide them through the purchasing process.

Requirements:

Immediate incorporation.

Availability from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 18:00 pm.

Office skills.

Good communication skills
